Full moon packages

Dear Agent!

Please be informed that we are experiencing a lot of success and happy people on our full moon packages.

This means that we are filling up all the rooms at Same Same Guest House on Koh Pha Ngan which is really cool. But for you to be able to keep booking the popular packages we have to use more guest houses than Same Same.

So for everything to run smooth we have changed the itinerary. Now the text says that the customers will stay at Same Same or a Guest House nearby. This information will also show in the voucher text. Upon arrival at Koh Pha Ngan the customers still have to go to Same Same and ask for Christina or Heidi. They will then accommodate the customers at either Same Same or a room nearby. So the place they stay will be unspecified when they do the booking.

The standard or the rooms will remain the same. Basic rooms, clean but good.

All confirmed bookings up until today, are staying at Same Same unless other has been informed.

The full moon warm up party will start at Same Same as usual.

Keep up the good work and keep selling, the customers will be in good hands with Christina and Heidi at Same Same.
