New staff in Thailand reservation

Dear agent!

Please be informed that there might be delays in answering time from our Thailand reservation department during the next 2 weeks.

Khun Elle (Nattaphorn Phosaard) has resigned with very short notice due to pain in her bag. We have been very happy with her working with us, but wish her good luck for the future and hope that she will get well again soon.

We have employed a new reservation staff, Khun Pla (Ms) (Parichart Yolpanichakul), her skype is vb-reservation_pla. She comes with a background from reservation departments in other travel agencies.

Reservation department now consists of:

Khun Lek (Ms) (Nattakarn Na Thalang) & Khun Pla (Ms) (Parichart Yolpanichakul) – reservation@visitbeyond.com

Special request and groups are handled by Operation Manager Khun Arm (Ms) (Sansuk Suksanit) – arm@visitbeyond.com

Khun Pla is now training to learn the reservation routines and booking process here at Visit Beyond Thailand.

We are trying to keep up with all the bookings you are making at the moment, but please be hesitant in case we can not reply as fast as usual.

We are doing all we can to ease the process in the reservation department, so that you will get fast and reliable answers to your requests.
