Suanya Resort is a standard hotel built in true Thai/Balinese style. It is a lovely resort with its own restaurant where you can enjoy views of the private beach and the inviting ocean. This resort is ideal if you like sunbathing and relaxing by the beach, and if you want to take a swim in a pool you are welcome to use the pool at the neighboring resort Koh Kood Beach Resort. Actually you can, while staying at Suanya use all of the facilities that exist on our own Koh Kood Beach Resort. Are you tired of relaxing by the pool or beach, you can borrow bikes and go on a cycling trip to the island's waterfalls or visit the pearl farm. You can also borrow a kayak and sail to one of the unspoiled beaches nearby.

With its unspoiled beauty and peaceful atmosphere Suanya Resort is perfect for people who love nature and serenity. Young people and backpackers can go here for a relaxing break but won’t find a wild nightlife. Families will enjoy the big, green areas as well as the beach and can still experience the luxury of an infinity pool at the Koh Kood Beach Resort.
When to go?
Thailand has three main seasons. From December to February the weather is cool and dry, making it a very pleasant time to explore the city on foot. Temperatures begin to rise in March and the hot weather lasts until May, with temperatures often soaring to 40ºC. Thailand experiences its rainy season from May to November which is characterized by frequent downpours. Best in the period from November to April where the temperature is 30-35 degrees.
Go Beyond?
Rent a scooter and drive around the island to some of the small cozy fishing villages where you can buy fresh pineapples and watermelon. Relax at the beach or enjoy a cooling swim at the neighboring hotel. Listen to the silence and unwind with a good book in the shade.
