Hamta Circuit - Base of DeoTibba Trek 6 Days
The Kulu Valley, known as the 'Valley of the Gods' has enchanted explorers for ages and Manali, at the head of the valley, has been a base for further exploration deep into the Himalayas. A popular tourist destination, Manali lies on the banks of the Beas river and is surrounded by a deodar (Himalayan cedar) forest.

Best Season: April to October
Day 1: Manali to Prini by Jeep, 2.5 km. Then 5 hour trek to Pandoo-Ropa. A steep climb for about 2.3 hours. Then a panoramic trek through pine forest.
Day 2: Pandoo-Ropa to Marri, 5 hours
Decent pastures for shepherds and zigzag climbing for about 1 hour.
Day 3: Marri to Base of Deo Tibba (4200 m), 5 hours
It is an easy walk and you will see many kinds of herbs and flowers.
Day 4: Base of Deo Tibba to Rauli Khol (4000 m)
Rauli Khol is very famous for the Himalayan herbs and various flowers during the month of June and July and vast shepherd grounds.
Day 5: Rauli Khol to Sethan, 4 hours
Sethan is the last village in Hamta Valley.
Day 6: From Sethan back to Manali.
