Day 1: Bangkok-Kanchanaburi:
We will collect you by bus at Hotel Narai, Lebua or New Road Guest House in Bangkok at approximately 8:45 am. We will then drive to Kanchanaburi – a trip that takes around three hours. Upon arrival we will check in at a local guesthouse and have lunch. At approximately 2:00 pm (14:00) we will ride a boat downriver to Khao Poon Cave. There will then be a sight-seeing trip that includes the war museum, war cemetery and the famous bridge over the River Kwai. Dinner will be served at the guesthouse and you will get a half-hour foot massage. The rest of the evening is set aside for free time. You may want to take a swim or sign up for some optional tours or enjoy different types of massage. (Additional tours/activities are not included in the package price.) (L, D)

Day 2: Erawan National Park:
After breakfast the tour will continue to Erawan National Park, where we will take in the beautiful seven-level waterfall with small lakes on either side. Remember to bring your swimsuit! After lunch, take an hour-long elephant ride through the tropical rainforest, followed by bamboo rafting on the river. We’ll then journey to the Hellfire pass before going to the Death Railway for a 30-minute train tour, and our last stop of the day will be the bridge over the River Kwai, where you’ll have 30 minutes to explore on your own. Return to the guest house at 6:00 pm. (B, L, D)

Day 3: Leisure day, Kanchanaburi – Bangkok:
You may opt for a bike tour of the city if you'd like, but it's not obligatory. Other options include swimming, sightseeing, shopping in the city, and massages (not included in package). Lunch will be served at the guesthouse at 12:00 pm before the return trip to Bangkok at 13:00. Arrival time approximately 4:00 pm (16:00). (B, L)
